Having realized my dream of building an affordable home in Bandon within walking distance of the beach, I would like to help my clients find their dream property and make a good real estate decision.
My 10 years of experience in advertising, 20 years in public accounting and 7 years in real estate have given me the skills of interviewing, listening, researching, creative problem solving and attention to detail. I have been told that I am extremely patient and diligent in my approach to helping people. I can save buyers many hours of driving around by showing them the market on my computer. I set up their requirments in my software and review the list of available properties with them. I can show them aerial photos, assessors maps and purchase information and the market history of any property listed on the multiple listing services. When a buyer is set up in my software, the system e-mails me any new listing that fits their requirements. I then forward it to them if it is worthy of their attention. My goal is to serve my clients with truth and integrity, to make the process pleasant and rewarding and to go beyond my client's expectations.
In working for sellers I research recent comparable sales to propose a fair listing price. I include 10-20 good quality pictures. I set up their listing on 6 or more top-rated websites. I always enhance the listings with extra copy describing the property as fully as possible. I keep in touch weekly with what is happening in the market and with their listing.
I look forward to using all of my skills and experience to serve buyers and sellers in Bandon, Coquille, Myrtle Point, Coos Bay, North Bend, Langlois and Port Orford.
